Apply for a licence to sponsor and bring migrants on work permits or ICT’s in to the United Kingdom, and meet a number of sponsorship duties.

From November 24, 2008 it will not be possible for employers to bring people into the UK on ICTs unless they are on the sponsor register, which will mean a hiatus in transferring employees from India to the UK for late applicants.
